Spa Garden Private Hire

Our Spa Garden is available for private hire, so if you have a special celebration this could be a fun way to spend the evening. Perhaps some bubbles and canapés can be enjoyed while relaxing and having fun in the hot tub with friends as you have exclusive use of the Spa Garden.

Prices start from £30 and include robe, towel & slippers. minimum number of 10 guests required, with food and drink packages available at extra cost.

General Information

Our Spa team will be on hand to assist you with your Spa Day booking.

All of our Spa Days are available Monday to Sunday, unless otherwise stated and are subject to availability.

A robe, towel and slippers are supplied for your use during the Spa Day. We ask that you return your towel and robe at the end of your stay.

The changing room area is equipped with showers, tropicarium and hair dryers; however, toiletries are not included.

We ask all Spa customers and day guests to arrive at the Spa at least 5 minutes before their treatment time. Late arrival will result in your treatment time being reduced or not being able to be accommodated.

Due to age restrictions, Spa Day treatments are only available to children aged 16 and over. Please note that any massage based treatments are only available to adults aged 18+ years.

General Information

Children swimming times:

Monday to Sunday: 08:00 – 10:00 and 16:00 – 18:00

Please inform the Spa in advance if you are delayed or intend to arrive after 10am. Refreshments will be served upon your arrival and you will be presented with your full itinerary for the day.

In order to secure your booking, full payment is required in advance.

We encourage all of our Spa Day guests to drink plenty of water throughout the day and to rest in our relaxation room between treatments.

It is recommended that the sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool and Spa pool are not used during any stage of pregnancy.

All of our spa days are non-refundable or transferable.

Booking Information

To ensure you receive your preferred availability, we advise all guests to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Failure to cancel an appointment within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Failure to cancel an appointment within 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Spa Etiquette

We kindly request that you respect all our guests and members by keeping the noise to a minimum and respecting privacy by not using your mobile phones in the relaxation areas and pool side.

Children

Children aged 13-15 years are not permitted into the spa area or treatment rooms except for nail painting in our manicure area when accompanied by an adult. Children’s use of the facilities is restricted please refer to the Spa Day information page for Children’s access times.

Members Discount

Monday to Thursday 20% – no discount on weekends or bank holidays.

Late Arrival

We politely ask all guest to arrive 5 minutes prior to your treatment and all spa guest to arrive 30 minutes prior to complete a mandatory consultation card and get you all checked in and shown around. Late arrival may result in treatment time being reduced or not being able to accommodate and full payment will still be required.

Gift Vouchers

Vouchers can be purchased from our website and are valid for 12 months.

Mobile Phones & Electronic Devices

Please ensure your mobile phones or other electronic devices are switched off, whilst in the treatment rooms or quiet areas.

Valuables

We strongly recommend that you leave any valuables at home, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred.

Medical

Should you or your guest/party have any medical conditions, which may prevent you from having treatments, we advise you let us know on booking so we can advise as you may need to speak to your GP before you arrive at the Spa. Failure to make us aware of any medical conditions before arrival may result in the therapist unable to perform certain treatments.

Behaviour

We do not tolerate any abuse or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff, members or other guests. In any event of this occurring, we reserve the right to refuse treatment or access to the facilities and we may ask you to leave.
