Bicester Hotel and Spa is holding open interviews for temporary Christmas positions within our Food & Beverage team.
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused people to join the team during our busy Christmas period.
These roles are ideal for individuals looking for temporary seasonal work, additional hours over the festive period, or experience within a busy hotel environment.
Roles Available
Temporary opportunities may include:
- Waiting Staff
- Food & Beverage Assistants
- Bar Staff
- Christmas Event & Function Staff
- Restaurant/Brasserie Support
- General F&B Support
What We Are Looking For
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential. We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate:
- A friendly and professional approach
- Good customer service skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- A willingness to work as part of a team
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a busy environment
- Good communication skills
- A willingness to learn
- Flexibility around working hours
- The ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods
Flexibility and availability over the Christmas period will be particularly important.
Candidates should be prepared to work a mixture of:
- Evenings
- Weekends
- Christmas functions and events
- Bank holidays, where required
Candidates need availability for the Christmas period, including:
- December availability
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- Boxing Day
- New Year’s Eve
- New Year’s Day
Availability will be considered alongside the operational requirements of the business.
Open Interview Process
Candidates attending the open interview should be prepared for a short informal interview with a member of the HR/F&B management team.
