All Spa Day packages in Oxfordshire include:
- Unlimited use of the Spa facilities for the duration of your stay including our 20-metre swimming pool, hydro spa, spa pool, sauna, steam room, foot spas and feature showers
- Complimentary access to the Spa Garden with an outdoor sauna, hot tub and loungers which is open from 9am until 4pm 7 days a week
- Use of our fully equipped Gym and access to our studio classes (classes need to be booked in advance and charges apply)

Create Your Dream Oxfordshire Spa Day
Whether you’re looking for one of our Spa Day packages with tailored treatments or you’re looking to design your own ideal spa day, we’ve got something for you at Bicester Hotel, Oxfordshire.
To build your own spa day, choose our basic package then choose to add treatments, lunch, afternoon tea or even choose from our range of studio classes.
What to expect when you arrive on your Spa Day
When arriving for your Spa Day in Oxfordshire, please visit our Health Club Reception where we will go through all the details of your booking, and confirm treatment times and lunchtime.
Our primary focus is to ensure that you enjoy your day and gain the most from our wonderful facilities so we will take you on a tour of the facilities and provide you with a spa pack containing a towel robe, slippers and details of your itinerary.
Accommodation is not included in our Spa Day packages but can be booked if required through our reservations team.

Please note that all spa days are non-refundable & non-transferable.
Fancy an extended break?
A day of relaxation is good, but sometimes an extended break is better! If you feel you may benefit from this, choose a spa weekend away or one of our overnight Spa Breaks.
Additional Information
1. All Spa days are subject to availability.
2. You can upgrade any 2 course lunch to an afternoon tea for a supplement.
3. All Treatment timings include consultation and preparation
4. Max Group for any spa day is 10 unless otherwise stated, please ring the spa directly if you wish to book a group of more than 10.
5. You must be over 18 to attend a spa day. On some packages we will be able to accept 16-17 years of age.
6. We politely ask all spa guests to arrive 30 minutes prior to complete a mandatory consultation card and get you all checked in and shown around. Late arrival may result in treatment time being reduced or not being able to accommodate and full payment will still be required.
7. Should you or your guest/party have any medical conditions, which may prevent you from having treatments, we advise you let us know on booking so we can advise as you may need to speak to your GP before you arrive at the Spa. Failure to make us aware of any medical conditions before arrival may result in the therapist unable to perform certain treatments.
8. We have both male and female therapists performing treatments so please be aware you will be booked with whoever we have available.
