The Venue
At Bicester Hotel, Golf and Spa, couples can choose from elegant spaces suited to both intimate ceremonies and larger celebrations. The Windsor Suite provides a beautiful, fully air-conditioned setting for ceremonies, accommodating smaller gatherings of around 15 guests as well as celebrations of up to 150 people.
After the ceremony, the roof terrace offers a relaxed space for your drinks reception where guests can mingle and enjoy the surroundings, while also providing a lovely backdrop for wedding photographs.
For the reception, the Windsor Suite can be used alongside the Orangery, creating a spacious setting for your wedding breakfast and evening celebration. The Orangery is fully air-conditioned and features a balcony overlooking the courtyard garden. With classic proportions and neutral décor, it offers a versatile space that can be styled to suit your vision, hosting up to 150 guests for a seated wedding breakfast and up to 200 guests for an evening buffet and dancing.

Wedding Accommodation
Our wedding packages include the use of the Junior Suite on the night of the wedding. If you need a place to get ready in the morning, we suggest booking a room before the wedding so you have your own space.
When you book a wedding package at Bicester Hotel, you have access to 14 luxury rooms which can be booked for your wedding guests. These rooms will be held up until eight weeks before the big day.
