Purpose-Built Studios for Every Style of Training
Each of our studios is designed with a specific focus to give you the best experience, whether you’re building strength, boosting cardio, or restoring balance.
Studio 1 is home to our high-energy workouts. This bright, air-conditioned space features a premium sound system and mirrors for full visibility — ideal for dance-style classes, full-body circuits, HIIT, Legs, Bums & Tums, Zumba, Pump, and more.
Studio 2 offers a calm, focused environment for mind-body movement. With soft lighting and a tranquil atmosphere, it’s the perfect space for Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Stretch & Flex, and Sound Bath sessions.
Our dedicated Spinning Studio includes 15 Matrix indoor bikes, with immersive lighting and instructor-led or virtual sessions to help you push your limits.

Over 75 Group Classes Every Week
With over 75 sessions on the timetable, our Studios offer something for everyone — whether you’re looking to sweat, stretch or simply stay active.
All classes are bookable up to six days in advance through our online portal. Most membership tiers include unlimited access to studio classes, and spa-day visitors or hotel guests can join too (subject to availability and a small fee).
