Spa Day information to ensure you enjoy
your Spa Day Package

Our Spa team will be on hand to assist you with your Spa Day booking.

All of our Spa Days are available Monday to Sunday, unless otherwise stated and are subject to availability.

A Robe, Towel and Slippers are supplied for your use during the Spa Day. We ask that you return your Towel and Robe at the end of your stay.

The changing room area is equipped with showers, Tropicarium and hairdryers; however, toiletries are not included.

Age restrictions do apply; therefore children under the age of 16 are not allowed to participate in any Spa Day activity.

Arrival times are usually scheduled between 9.00am and 10.00am, and will be shown on your confirmation. If late arrival is anticipated please inform the spa, and availability will be checked for both spa time and treatments.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour. Refreshments will be served upon your arrival, and you will be presented with your full itinerary for the day.

Spa Days require full payment in advance to secure your booking with us.

We encourage all of our Spa Day guests to drink plenty of water throughout the day, and to rest in our relaxation room between treatments. Refreshments will be supplied in the relaxation area throughout the day; however drinks are prohibited around the poolside area.

It is recommended that the hot rooms (Sauna, Steam Room and Tropicarium) are not to be used through any stage of pregnancy. This is also recommended for the Hydrospa and Jacuzzi.
