DAY SPA INFORMATION TO ENSURE YOU ENJOY YOUR SPA DAY PACKAGE
Our Spa Team will be on hand to assist you with your spa booking.
For spa day bookings and enquiries please contact us on 01869 241204. All of our spa days are available Monday through to Sunday, 9am to 6pm
A robe is supplied for you on your spa day but please bring along towels and flip flops as these are not provided.
As a day spa guest the facilities that are available to you for the day are the use of poolside, jacuzzi, hydrospa and sauna / steam rooms. The changing room area is equipped with showers, tropicarium and hairdryers but no toiletries are provided.
No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the spa facilities i.e. jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms but do have access to the pool area on set times outlined in the swimming timetable. Regrettably we are unable to allow infants or small children into the treatment rooms. However we do have a crèche facility on site.
Arrival times are scheduled for between 9am and 9.30am and these will be shown in your confirmation. If late arrival please inform the spa and availability will be checked for both spa time and treatments.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour. Refreshments will be served and you will be presented with your scheduled itinerary for the day.
Spa days require a 50% deposit. Full and final payment is required 7 days prior to your booking.
We encourage all of our spa guests to drink plenty of water throughout the day and to take plenty of time to rest in our relaxation area between treatments and use of the hot rooms. Refreshments will be supplied in the relaxation area throughout the day. All drinks are prohibited from being taken around pool side area.
The hot rooms such as the sauna, steam and tropicarium are not to be used through any stage of pregnancy. This is also recommended for the hydrospa and jacuzzi.
We can provide a fitness, yoga or pilates class for our spa guests holding a minimum of 4 up to a maximum of 15. This is subject to availability and with advanced notice at £60.00 per class. Other classes will be on offer on the day if you wish not to provisionally book.
