WEDDING RECEPTION
Bicester Hotel, Golf and Spa, Oxfordshire, can cater for a wedding reception of up to 200 guests in the main hotel. For larger numbers, you can enjoy your perfect wedding reception in a marquee in our grounds which is tailored specifically to your taste.
Our Grays Lounge and Patio is a great place to start your wedding day. Here you can have a drinks reception and welcome your guests with Champagne/Bucks Fizz, soft drinks or cocktails of your choice.
For your wedding reception as well as your wedding ceremony, we offer the beautiful Windsor Suite. It is fully air conditioned, with its own balcony and can cater for smaller more intimate celebrations of 15 as well as larger ones of up to 150 guests. This room can also be used in conjunction with the Orangery for your wedding reception.
You can hold your wedding reception in the newly built Orangery. Here your guests can celebrate in uniquely pleasant and comfortable surroundings. It is fully air conditioned and has its own balcony overlooking our courtyard garden. The room has classic proportions with neutral decoration providing the perfect canvass for you to set the scene, catering for up to 150 guests for a full wedding breakfast rising to 200 for an evening buffet and dancing.
The Orangery Bar adjoins the Orangery through double doors and is a purpose built bar area with comfy sofas and its own balcony.
Your Wedding Breakfast
We can provide a wide range of wedding menus and presentations for your wedding breakfast at your reception. We cater for all dietary requirements and have special children's menus. If you would like to put together your own Wedding Reception menu our Head Chef would be delighted to create a dedicated menu for you and your guests.
In addition, we offer tasting sessions if you are uncertain as to your choice of menu.
