Exercise can be a daunting thought for many people. Getting fit and healthy is not a task achieved overnight. I see many people come to the gym who are happy with their own training agenda despite seeing little or no measurable success. These people can at times be convinced that they are training and eating correctly, and that there must be another reason as to why they are not getting the successes they wished for. The truth is most people will remain happy and content this way, but for some of you it may be time to make a positive change by getting some honest advise, helping you maximize the time you spend in the gym, and just as importantly, making sure the time spent outside the gym is not detrimental to your success.
