Our fully air conditioned and spacious gym offers the perfect environment to exercise and achieve your fitness goals. The Fitness area comprises of top of the range Cybex cardiovascular equipment, and resistance equipment, along with a free weights area, power plate machines and a stretch area.
Each Health Club member will benefit from a personalised fitness training programme within their membership. We also offer FREE programme reviews throughout your training schedule so you can always feel stimulated by new exercises and continue your fitness progression.

Our unique Fitlinxx system enables our instructors to monitor and support you every step of the way. This combination of high quality equipment and the latest information technology systems work simultaneously to help you reach your fitness goals.
FitLinxx.com allows members to track cardio and strength workouts and interact with other members online. Additionally, there is an interface to communicate with their instructor for an added level of communication.
Each member is also offered the chance of getting FREE body composition analysis and fitness testing. This enables our Fitness Trainers to document results and monitor your progress throughout your journey to success.

NEW XDREAM BIKES
These will be a great addition to the gym as they are the first indoor fitness product that accurately simulates the experience of riding outdoors.
The bike puts you into a virtual world via the attached computer screen. As you ride, the full experience on the screen is translated to the equipment!
These fully interactive mountain bike's work a full range of muscles in the upper body and lower body to give you a more complete workout then a standard exercise bike and are great fun.
