Bicester Hotel Golf and Spa's Health Club offers an extensive range of activities to suit everyone's needs, whether you want to relax, energise or train your body and mind. Included in your gym membership is access to over 50 group fitness classes per week. These include Zumba classes, Pilates, Yoga, Aerobics and Indoor Cycling. With an ethos that good health is related to both physical and mental wellbeing, our programmes are designed to ensure a balance in fitness and health to improve your overall wellbeing.
We offer gym memberships at competitive rates that allow our members full access to our state of the art equipment, facilities and personalised training programmes. Our team of fitness instructors will work directly with you to ensure you are always working towards your fitness targets. You will receive an initial Lifestyle Assessment and Personalised Fitness Programme that suits your individual lifestyle. Our instructors will then utilise our high tech Fitlinxx system to monitor your fitness regime and give you regular programme reviews to ensure your continued progression.
Our gym membership also gives members full access to our outstanding wet facilities. These include a 20 metre swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Hydro Spa, Sauna, Steam Room, Feature Showers and Tropicarium.
If you require the additional 1-2-1 expertise of personal training, then we have a team of fully qualified personal trainers that can offer you further help and support to lose weight, tone up, build strength and improve your fitness.
