Swimming is an ideal way to exercise for young and not so young alike. A low impact but highly effective form of exercise that will afford the participant excellent health benefits with low injury risk. We have a full swimming pool timetable to suit everyone's needs with a dedicated lane for serious swimming.
Aqua Aerobics Classes
Aqua Aerobics sessions are held twice weekly in the swimming pool; an ideal low impact exercise class.

Children's Swimming Lessons
Bicester Hotel, Golf and Spa's Swimming School offers a superior level of swimming school tuition. Our places are limited to a maximum of five children per group to ensure each individual child is given the help and support needed to progress and develop throughout the ASA stages of education. We also offer a free assessment session for new pupils prior to the start of each swimming school term to ensure your child is placed onto the correct stage of lessons.

Adult Swimming Lessons
Adult swimming lessons are available in single half an hour slots, or courses of five. Each session consist of one-on-one private tuition, evaluation, guidance and support. Whether you are a beginner or looking to improve your stroke technique our adult coaching will ensure you reach your aquatic goals.

Swimming Crash Courses for children
If commitment to a whole term is an issue, or you want your child to fast track to the next ASA stage, we now offer intense crash courses which run during the school holiday period. These are open to current swim school students as well as child members outside of the swim school programme.
