This combined with my friendly approach and tailored training styles for each individual, will give you both the support and will power to succeed.
I have a number of years experience in the fitness industry both as an Athlete and as a Trainer. As an athlete I have rowed at a high level for many years and still strive to achieve the best. I completed most of my education and training at the University of Worcester during 2006-2009 developing my knowledge in the Human Anatomy, Biomechanics, Principles of Effective Coaching and Training Techniques, to name just a few. I have since completed courses in nutrition, studio cycling and Post/Ante Natal training, to help me cater for all types of health and fitness. All the above attributes enable me to give you personal goals, making you fitter and lead you to a more sustainable healthy, lifestyle.
