A word from
the Club Captain
I am proud to be this years men's captain at Bicester Golf Club. An exciting year lies ahead. With the course now in such superb condition we can all look forward to all the great golf days which beckon. With so many 'long serving' members and new members arriving every week there is definitely a buzz about the place. My ethos for the year is we all have fun on the course and at the 19th hole! With all members, new and old enjoying good times together.
I am so pleased to have Janet Moran and Chris Payne with me as Ladies and Seniors captains respectively. Our chosen charity for the year is Helen and Douglas House which provides care for children and teenagers with life shortening illnesses. Our aim is to raise as much as we can for this charity which provides such fantastic support to the children and their families, almost 100% dependent on donations. If anyone would like more information regards the charity or anything at all regards golfing at Bicester please contact me at the club.

A word from
the Lady Captain
I am honoured to represent Bicester Hotel, Golf and Spa and the ladies section as captain for 2010 / 11.
I should like to congratulate Paul Brain (club captain) and Chris Payne (seniors captain) and wish them both a very good year in office and hope that members will support us and make it a great year for the club. Many events are scheduled to take place throughout the year and we hope everyone will take part. We have, as captains' decided to support the same local charity which is Helen and Douglas House Hospice, and hope that the organised events will help raise funds for our charity which is a very worthwhile cause. We of course, hope that the forthcoming year is both fun and enjoyable for everyone, high and low handicappers alike.
