We held our innaugural charity fundraising dinner in the Orangery in October 2009. The service from start to finish was slick, timely and professional. BHGS were so helpful and flexible in accommodating our needs, it took a lot of stress out of the pre-event planning. Our 120 guests were really impressed with the venue and hotel facilities, and the food was exceptional. We were so impressed we have already re-booked for 2010.

We had such a fantastic time on Friday night due to the efforts that your team, and especially you, put in... The feedback from our clients has been higher than at any other of our client awards dinners. All saying the venue was excellent and the food was excellent, no mean feat when catering for so many! Well, what can I say??? We had a FANTASTIC afternoon / evening on Saturday. It all went so smoothly. The afternoon started with a lovely swim, then pre-dinner drinks. The food was LOVELY, every-one enjoyed their meal and I don't think there was any left overs!!! The staff were incredibly professional and Florin worked really hard to make sure every-one was happy. Josh looked after us in the bar during the afternoon. The rooms were also fantastic and very comfortable.
AND a MASSIVE thank-you for making the lounge private. The jazz band were great, if ever you need their contact details please let me know. I will certainly recommend you for any occasions and I'm sure we will be back at some point!

Lakeland held their retail conference at the Bicester Country Club, we received a very warm welcome from everyone. The hotel was in an excellent location for us having 44 stores throughout the country. The hotel facilities are excellent and both restaurants served a varied menu. They had a variety of room sizes for syndicate rooms which suited our conference well. Vicky the sales manager was always on hand to make sure everything went well.
From my point of view, the location is very valuable for any business which has operations spread over the country. The central location, combined with easy access to the M40 is a winner. I thought the hotel facilities - especially the gym/pool and leisure facilities were excellent. As you know we really appreciated your organisation and support.
