Bicester Hotel Golf and Spa offers a range of outstanding conference facilities for up to 200 delegates. Whether for a small meeting or training event, a conference or a product launch, our hotel will provide you with an ideal conference, where your needs can be catered for with packages tailored to suit your business. Weekday or weekend events are available, depending on your requirements.

In addition to the high quality facilities and equipment, we offer a range of leisure and team-building activities (all, except golf are supplied by a third-party company) and are available for corporate bookings.

All activities are provided by a third party company (except golf) who can tailor make events to suit your delegates or meeting expectations, please ask for contact details.

For those attending overnight conferences and events, the hotel offers conference accommodation with 52 spacious, individually designed bedrooms, all with air-conditioning. The well-appointed, attractive rooms each have free WiFi access, a large screen digital television, and all rooms include tea & coffee making facilities and hair dryers as standard. For increased flexibility, 28 of the bedrooms can be set up as twin rooms, to allow up to 80 guests in total, and there are stunning views from the windows across the golf course and the Oxfordshire countryside.

Conference guests are welcome to bring their spouses at no extra room cost, although meals taken by spouses would be charged as taken on departure, (please notify Reception prior of any additional guests taking this option.)
