BEAUTY THERAPIST
The successful candidate will enjoy the wide variety of tasks involved in this fabulous opportunity to work in a top class Spa Salon. We use Jessica Nail Care Systems and a have a full range of Elemis Treatments to compliment the outstanding surroundings.
Training will be given in Elemis and Jessica treatments if required.
An NVQ level 3 or equivalent is essential for this role as is previous salon experience as you will be required to take on a full client base.
The working hours are full time working a mix of shifts including lates and weekends.
PART-TIME EVENTS CO-ORDINATOR
A position in the Meeting and Events Department for a Part-time Event Co-ordinator has become available. The role will be for 3 days a week working very closely with our current Event Co-ordinator, therefore it is esential you are able to work as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will be well presented with excellent communication, admin, IT skills, including word, excel and powerpoint. Strong organisation in all areas of your work and a meticulous attention to detail are also essential.
The role will be varied with no two days being the same, with general duties including, responding to initial enquiries via telephone and e-mail, showing prospective clients around the facilities, being the first point of contact for conference and event guests, working to pre set targets to ensure the facilities are being used to their full potential as well as many others. The role is very busy and demanding and is set to be developed further.
Previous experience in a similar role for a minimum period of 12 months is essential.
EXPERIENCED SENIOR BOOKEEPER
We require an experienced Senior Bookeeper to deal with all aspects of the company Accounts.
The successful candidate will be required to work on their own initiative dealing with everything from Petty Cash to handling the Management Accounts and Budgeting in this hands on role.
A minimum of 2 years previous working experience with Sage line 50 is essential, along with an excellent working knowledge of Excel and inter-company accounts. Previous experience in the hospitality industry would also be an advantage but not essential.
PART TIME NIGHT PORTER
A part-time Night Porter is required to cover a minimum of 3 nights per week (approx 24 hours), however the suitable candidate will be required to cover holidays and sickness absence.
The role involves providing security to our guests and the building, checking in late guests and covering a variety of tasks relative to the Food & Beverage department, including serving in the bar and setting up conference / bangueting / breakfast, although this is a small selection of the duties involved.
You will be required to work alone on most shifts, therefore you should be able to work on your own initiative, however working as part of a team is also required at times. The hours are 10.30pm - 7.00am.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, particularly having worked in a Hotel environment.

STUDIO INSTRUCTORS
We are currently seeking Fully Qualified Freelance Studio Instructors to deliver both permanent and cover classes at various times within our Premium Health Club. Successful candidates will be motivated, enthusiastic, approachable and passionate about delivering high quality studio classes to our members.
We are looking for instructors who are able to generate new ideas to help increase class usage and improve retention, contributing to the continued success of Bicester Country Club. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe running of all your classes, and keeping class attendance at peak levels.
All candidates must be able to provide certification of qualifications and up to date public liability insurance cover.

ASA LEVEL 2 SWIMMING TEACHER REQUIRED
Salary: £20.00 per hour (self employed)
Experienced ASA Level 2 Swimming Teacher required to teach Tuesday evenings from 4.00-6.30pm during term time form September. In addition to this opportunities will be available for 1-2-1 lessons and also evening and weekend cover may be required.
Must be outgoing and reliable with good communication skills.
Teaching small groups of a maximum ratio of 1 to 5.
