Due to the level of business we are seeking Food and Beverage Assistants to provide courteous, efficient service to all guests and assist in the smooth running of our Food & Beverage Department.
You will be involved in a wide variety of duties including preparing tables, greeting customers, advise on menu and drink choices and serving of food and drinks in the bar, restaurants and conference rooms. You also will be dealing with various functions including weddings and conferences, therefore being a good team worker and possessing excellent customer service skills are essential. You will have a smart appearance with a friendly, lively personality, a customer focused attitude and preferably have had previous hotel experience in a similar environment. Shifts will be a mix of early, late and mid shifts.

HEALTH CLUB AND SPA RECEPTIONIST
This position is the first point of contact for our members and guests so it is vital that the applicant has a vibrant personality and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will be computer literate and well presented with an excellent telephone manner.
The role will involve a variety of tasks including taking bookings and payments for the Spa and Health Club and greeting guests and members for both areas.The hours are worked on a shift basis which will include early mornings, late evenings and weekend shifts, totaling 40 hours a week. We require a Hotel receptionist to work within this busy department, with the ideal candidate having had previous reception experience in a hotel environment. A good understanding of computers is essential and an understanding of the Opera System is desirable, however full training will be given. Previous experience of dealing with high volumes of arrivals and departures is also essential as is the desire to deliver excellent customer service in a professional manner. The role will involve working alongside the current team, working a mix of shifts which will include weekends, early starts and late finishes.
You should be well presented with an excellent telephone manner and good communication skills along with a bright, friendly personality.

ROOM ATTENDANT/HEALTH CLUB CLEANER
We are having a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team.
As a Room Attendant/Health Club Cleaner you are playing a vital part in maintaining the hotel facilities at a high standard. Main duties will be cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms, public areas, conference areas for our guests and cleaning the female changing rooms in our Health Club, using the correct cleaning products and following procedures according to Company standards. The role involves also reporting any maintenance issues to the Head Housekeeper, dealing with Lost & Founds, moving furniture and using step ladders.
Previous experience would be desirable, however not essential as full training will be given.
This is a full time position consisting of a mix of shifts working 40 hours over a 5 days period including weekends.

CHEF DE PARTIE
We require an experienced Chef de Partie who will enjoy the variety of tasks involved with working at Bicester Hotel, Golf & Spa. You will have the ability to run a section on your own, to place orders in various sections and follow recipes to the Head Chef’s specification.
As a Chef de Partie we are looking for someone with a real passion for cooking and with the patience to supervise trainees.
Ideally, the suitable candidate will have previous hotel experience, with skills and confidence to work across all sections of the kitchen. This role offers the potential for personal development and the opportunity to work with fresh, local produce, cooking all types of foods from bar snacks to a la carte to large quantities for functions, therefore it is essential that you have experience and skills in all these areas. You will need to be qualified to at least NVQ level 2, food hygiene level 2 and strictly working according to health and safety regulations.

NURSERY PRACTITIONER - MATERNITY COVER
’Sticky Fingers’ Creche and Nursery is mall and friendly setting based in our grounds. We require a caring and enthusiastic person to replace a member of our team who soon will be leaving to go onto maternity leave.
Applicants must have at least a recognized level 3 qualification (NNEB, NVQ or equivalent). A good understanding of the EYFS is essential along with a ’can-do’ attitude and the ability to work well as part of a small team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for meeting the needs and educational development of a key group of children and continuing the established partnerships with their families.
This is a full time position working 40 hours over a 5 day period and will include working the odd Saturday morning. The salary is dependent on qualifications and experience. The successful candidate will be required to undertake a Criminal Record Check.

FITNESS INSTRUCTOR/PERSONAL TRAINER, PART TIME
We require an experienced Fitness Instructor to join our current team to work on a part time basis. The successful candidate will have energy, enthusiasm and enjoy working with people as the role involves a high level of customer interaction. You will need to be qualified to NVQ level 3 Fitness Instructor or equivalent and have the drive to develop a base of Personal Training clients. Knowledge of personal weight training, anatomy and exercise physiology including terminology is essential. Class and Studio qualifications would be also desirable.

Working hours are 16 per week over 2 days. The facilities are open every day therefore the role will involve a mix of early, late and weekend shifts.

FULL TIME/PART-TIME BEAUTY THERAPIST
We are looking for experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team at the Forest of Wellbeing.
The successful candidate will enjoy the wide variety of tasks involved in this fabulous opportunity to work in a top class Spa Salon. The Forest of Wellbeing is featuring Germaine de Capuccini exclusively, with a new range of therapies and retail products, Jessica Nail Care Systems and Lave Shells.
You will provide a range of treatments, including facial therapies, advance anti-ageing treatments, CACI treatments, massage therapies, exfoliations and wraps.
We are looking for someone with the ability to make the clients feel relaxed. Other skills we are looking for are tact, diplomacy and the ability to listen and communicate well.
Training will be given on the specific products if required, however one year experience working in a Spa/Salon environment is essential, along with an NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
Currently we are having a full time and a part-time/casual position available. Hours are worked on a rolling rota and will include evenings and weekends.

SEASONAL FOOD & BEVERAGE ASSISTANT
