We are currently looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef to assist our kitchen team in the smooth running of this very busy kitchen. Shifts are from 6am to 3pm weekdays and from 6.30am to 3.30pm on weekends and bank holidays.  
As Breakfast Chef you will be responsible for running the breakfast shifts on your own. This is a physically demanding role, therefore a high level of physical fitness is required. The main duties are ensuring that both kitchens are kept clean and tidy at all times including the floor and surfaces around the pot wash, loading and unloading the dishwasher, pot wash of heavy pots and pans, removal of rubbish and keeping the back of house area clean and clear of rubbish. The role is full time working shifts including splits and weekends, however there is also often the requirement to work long shifts. Unfortunately we do not have any accommodation with this position.
