RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor with experience as either waiting staff ready for the next move in his/her career or as supervisor in a high quality customer focused hotel restaurant operation.  
The Restaurant Supervisor will manage through motivation, leading by example, has a hands-on approach and a consistent drive to ensure that high standards are always exceeded.  
Requirements  
- Good general education  
- Previous experience of working in a Food Service environment  
- Experience of running a restaurant up to 60/70 covers per day  
- Effective communication skills  
- Cash handling experience  
- Commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service  
- Basic knowledge of management accounts preferable however training will be provided  
- Aptitude for effective leadership and be keen to develop further  
- Duty Management responsibilities  
You will be working 40 hours per week over a 5 days period and shifts will be a mix of early, late and mid shifts including weekends and bank holidays.

WEDDING AND EVENTS CO-ORDINATOR
We are having a fantastic opportunity to join our Events Team to assist in promoting, selling and organizing all weddings and special events for the hotel.  
To be considered for this position you must possess:  
- Excellent organisation skills complemented with good administration abilities  
- Friendly, approachable manner with fantastic communication skills  
- Good time management abilities complemented by good attention to detail  
The successful candidate will have 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in a similar environment and a proven experience in increasing wedding & events revenue. Working knowledge of Opera is desirable but not essential.  
The Wedding & Events Co-ordinator role will include working in an office environment as part of a team, reporting directly to the Revenue & Events Manager, responding to all telephone and email enquiries through to completion of the event, driving sales of weddings, events and Christmas parties, showing clients the hotel facilities, meeting with organisers, attending wedding fairs/sales exhibitions as required.  
This is a full time position working 40 hours over 5 days from Monday to Saturday, however the role requires flexibility as evening appointments may be required.

FOOD & BEVERAGE ASSISTANT
Due to the level of business we are seeking Food and Beverage Assistants to provide courteous, efficient service to all guests and assist in the smooth running of our Food & Beverage Department.  
 
You will be involved in a wide variety of duties including preparing tables, greeting customers, advise on menu and drink choices and serving of food and drinks in the bar, restaurants and conference rooms. You also will be dealing with various functions including weddings and conferences, therefore being a good team worker and possessing excellent customer service skills are essential. You will have a smart appearance with a friendly, lively personality, a customer focused attitude and preferably have had previous hotel experience in a similar environment. Shifts will be a mix of early, late and mid shifts.

CONFERENCE PORTER/BANQUETING WAITER
Working closely with our Conference & Banqueting Manager, this role is to work as a Conference Porter/Banqueting Waiter. Being the point of contact for our conferences you will need to be confident and a good communicator. The role involves setting up of conference and banqueting rooms according to the clients needs, i.e. moving chairs and tables therefore it can be physically demanding. Working as a banqueting waiter will also require stamina as the shifts may be long.  
The hours are full time, working a mix of shifts, including weekends. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, however full training will be given.  
This role would suit someone who is interested in gaining first experience in the hospitality industry.

HOTEL RECEPTIONIST
We require a Hotel receptionist to work within this busy department, with the ideal candidate having had previous reception experience in a hotel environment. A good understanding of computers is essential and an understanding of the Opera System is desirable, however full training will be given. Previous experience of dealing with high volumes of arrivals and departures is also essential as is the desire to deliver excellent customer service in a professional manner. The role will involve working alongside the current team, working a mix of shifts which will include weekends, early starts and late finishes.  
You should be well presented with an excellent telephone manner and good communication skills along with a bright, friendly personality.

GOLF RETAIL ASSISTANT
We are looking for someone to work on a casual basis to assist our golf team with the day to day running of our golf business.  
Ideally the suitable candidate will have had previous customer service experience working in a similar role.  
Responsibilities will include course marshaling, dealing with members and guest, golf sales and cash handling.  
Your hours of work will vary depending upon the needs of the business and will not necessarily be on a regular basis. Shift pattern are 07.30am to 4pm or 11am to 7.30pm including weekends.

ROOM ATTENDANT/HEALTH CLUB CLEANER
We are having a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team.  
 
As a Room Attendant/Health Club Cleaner you are playing a vital part in maintaining the hotel facilities at a high standard. Main duties will be cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms, public areas, conference areas for our guests and cleaning the female changing rooms in our Health Club, using the correct cleaning products and following procedures according to Company standards. The role involves also reporting any maintenance issues to the Head Housekeeper, dealing with Lost & Founds, moving furniture and using step ladders.  
 
Previous experience would be desirable, however not essential as full training will be given.  
This is a full time position consisting of a mix of shifts working 40 hours over a 5 days period including weekends.

CHEF DE PARTIE
We require an experienced Chef de Partie who will enjoy the variety of tasks involved with working at Bicester Hotel, Golf & Spa. You will have the ability to run a section on your own, to place orders in various sections and follow recipes to the Head Chef’s specification.  
 
As a Chef de Partie we are looking for someone with a real passion for cooking and with the patience to supervise trainees.  
 
Ideally, the suitable candidate will have previous hotel experience, with skills and confidence to work across all sections of the kitchen. This role offers the potential for personal development and the opportunity to work with fresh, local produce, cooking all types of foods from bar snacks to a la carte to large quantities for functions, therefore it is essential that you have experience and skills in all these areas. You will need to be qualified to at least NVQ level 2, food hygiene level 2 and strictly working according to health and safety regulations.

NURSERY PRACTITIONER - MATERNITY COVER
’Sticky Fingers’ Creche and Nursery is mall and friendly setting based in our grounds. We require a caring and enthusiastic person to replace a member of our team who soon will be leaving to go onto maternity leave.  
Applicants must have at least a recognized level 3 qualification (NNEB, NVQ or equivalent). A good understanding of the EYFS is essential along with a ’can-do’ attitude and the ability to work well as part of a small team.  
The successful applicant will be responsible for meeting the needs and educational development of a key group of children and continuing the established partnerships with their families.  
This is a full time position working 40 hours over a 5 day period and will include working the odd Saturday morning. The salary is dependent on qualifications and experience. The successful candidate will be required to undertake a Criminal Record Check.

FULL TIME/PART-TIME BEAUTY THERAPIST
We are looking for experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team at the Forest of Wellbeing.  
The successful candidate will enjoy the wide variety of tasks involved in this fabulous opportunity to work in a top class Spa Salon. The Forest of Wellbeing is featuring Germaine de Capuccini exclusively, with a new range of therapies and retail products, Jessica Nail Care Systems and Lave Shells.  
 
You will provide a range of treatments, including facial therapies, advance anti-ageing treatments, CACI treatments, massage therapies, exfoliations and wraps.  
 
We are looking for someone with the ability to make the clients feel relaxed. Other skills we are looking for are tact, diplomacy and the ability to listen and communicate well.  
 
Training will be given on the specific products if required, however one year experience working in a Spa/Salon environment is essential, along with an NVQ level 3 or equivalent.  
Currently we are having a full time and a part-time/casual position available. Hours are worked on a rolling rota and will include evenings and weekends.
