CHEF DE PARTIE
We require an experienced Chef de Partie who will enjoy the variety of tasks involved with working at Bicester Hotel, Golf & Spa. You will be working as part of a team but will also have the ability to run a shift alone.  
Ideally, the suitable candidate will have previous Hotel experience, with skills and confidence to work across all sections of the kitchen. This role offers the potential for personal development and the opportunity to work with fresh, local produce, cooking all types of foods from bar snacks to a la carte to large quantities for functions, therefore it is essential that you have experience and skills in all these areas. You will need to be qualified to at least NVQ level 2 or equivalent.

FITNESS INSTRUCTOR/PERSONAL TRAINER
Are you a team player? Do you have loads of energy, enthusiasm and enjoy working with people? The successful candidate will need to be qualified to NVQ level 2 or equivalent and have the drive to develop a base of Personal Training clients. Confidence and a passion for the industry is required as the role involves a high level of customer interaction.  
You will work on a shift rota working any 5 of 7 days with a mixture of early and late shifts.

CASUAL CHAMBER MAID
We have an opportunity for some part time work as a Casual Chamber Maid. This will mean being called upon as required to meet the demands of the business, working between 2 and 4 shifts most weeks. Previous experience would be desirable, however not essential as full training will be given. The role involves cleaning and preparing Hotel rooms for guests using our facilities. This is a physically demanding role, therefore a good level of fitness is required and will involve working weekends.  
Although the role is initially on a casual basis, we anticipate that it will become permanent with the opportunity of approx 20 - 25 regular hours a week.

STUDIO INSTRUCTORS
We are currently seeking fully qualified freelance Studio Instructors to deliver both permanent and cover classes at various times within our premium Health Club. Successful candidates will be motivated, enthusiastic, approachable and passionate about delivering high quality studio classes to our members.  
We are looking for instructors who are able to generate new ideas to help increase class usage and improve retention, contributing to the continued success of Bicester Hotel, Golf and Spa. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe running of all your classes, and keeping class attendance at peak levels.  
All candidates must be able to provide certification of qualifications and up to date public liability insurance cover.
