FITNESS INSTRUCTOR/PERSONAL TRAINER
We require a Fitness Instructor to join our current team. The ideal candidate will have energy, enthusiasm and enjoy working with people as the role involves a high level of customer interaction. The successful candidate will need to be qualified to NVQ level 2 or equivalent and have the drive to develop a base of Personal Training clients. Confidence and a passion for the industry is also required to ensure our members and guests receive the best customer service possible.  
The facilities are open every day therefore the role will involve early, late and weekend shifts, however we will consider full or part time hours.

FOOD & BEVERAGE GENERAL ASSISTANT
We are looking for someone to join our Food & Beverage department. You will be involved in a wide variety of duties including the serving of food and drinks in the bar, restaurants and conference rooms and dealing with various functions including weddings and conferences, therefore excellent customer service skills are essential. You will have a smart appearance with a friendly, lively personality, a customer focused attitude and preferably have had previous Hotel experience in a similar environment. Shifts will be a mix of early, late and mid shifts.

MALE GENERAL ASSISTANT
Working primarily in the Health Club, this position is for approximately 34 hours a week, however additional hours will be available to cover holiday and sickness absence and involves working a mix of early, late and mid shifts. The main duties include cleaning of the changing rooms for both the Health and Golf clubs, all public areas in the building along with cleaning all facilities in the Health Spa, including Sauna, Steam Room and poolside, however you may also be required to help out in the Hotel with cleaning of bedrooms and corridors. The role is physically demanding therefore a good level of fitness is required.  
Unfortunately we do not have any accommodation available.

CRECHE DEPUTY MANAGER - MATERNITY COVER
We are recruiting for a Deputy to the Creche Manager to work on a full time basis covering maternity leave, at Sticky Fingers Creche & Nursery.  
The main duties are to assist the Manager in the development of the Nursery and to implement the high standards of care in line with the EYFS.  
The suitable candidate will have at least two years post qualification experience with the ability to work in a small team. A good understanding of the requirements of the EYFS and the implementation of it is essential, along with good communication skills, enthusiasm and the ability to use your initiative.  
The hours are a minimum of 40 working hours a week and some Saturday morning shifts are part of the role.  
The successful candidate will be required to undertake a Criminal Record Check.

SPA MANAGER
We have an exciting opportunity for a Spa Manager to manage a team of excellent therapists at our Magnificent Spa, The Forest of Wellbeing.  
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a warm personality, highly motivated and passionate about the industry with a proactive attitude and a desire to progress. The successful applicant will be target driven and have a proven track record of Spa Management including strong commercial and retail skills. In addition to this they should possess exceptional standards in treatment delivery and customer service with a working knowledge of the Elemis and Jessica brands and treatments an advantage although not essential as full training will be given if required.  
The role will involve a combination of delivering treatments and overseeing the day to day operations of the spa business. This will include developing marketing plans, promotional activities and events, staff training, recruitment, Health & Safety along with monitoring overall standards and guest satisfaction.  
This is the perfect opportunity for someone to develop an already successful Spa to achieve even better results.

MEMBERSHIP/SALES ADMINISTRATOR
This is a part time position and the hours will include evenings and weekends, totaling 20 hours a week.  
Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar environment is desirable, however the ability to generate and complete membership sales is essential.  
The successful applicant will be well presented with a bright, confident personality as well as the ability to work alone or as part of a team.  
The role will include telephone and face to face communication and will involve dealing with a mix of people of all ages and status, therefore excellent communication skills is essential. Excellent PC skills are also essential to fulfill this position along with the usual admin skills required to work in an office environment.

ASA LEVEL 2 SWIMMING TEACHER REQUIRED
Salary: £20.00 per hour (self employed)  
Experienced ASA Level 2 Swimming Teacher required to teach on a regular part time basis. In addition to this opportunities will be available for 1-2-1 lessons and also evening and weekend cover may be required.  
Must be outgoing and reliable with good communication skills.  
Teaching small groups of a maximum ratio of 1 to 5.

STUDIO INSTRUCTORS
We are currently seeking fully qualified freelance Studio Instructors to deliver both permanent and cover classes at various times within our premium Health Club. Successful candidates will be motivated, enthusiastic, approachable and passionate about delivering high quality studio classes to our members.  
We are looking for instructors who are able to generate new ideas to help increase class usage and improve retention, contributing to the continued success of Bicester Hotel, Golf and Spa. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe running of all your classes, and keeping class attendance at peak levels.  
All candidates must be able to provide certification of qualifications and up to date public liability insurance cover.
