FOOD & BEVERAGE ASSISTANT
Due to the level of business we are seeking Food and Beverage Assistants to provide courteous, efficient service to all guests and assist in the smooth running of our Food & Beverage Department.
You will be involved in a wide variety of duties including preparing tables, greeting customers, advise on menu and drink choices and serving of food and drinks in the bar, restaurants and conference rooms and dealing with various functions including weddings and conferences, therefore being a good teamworker and excellent customer service skills are essential. You will have a smart appearance with a friendly, lively personality, a customer focused attitude and preferably have had previous hotel experience in a similar environment. Shifts will be a mix of early, late and mid shifts.

CONFERENCE PORTER/BANQUETING WAITER
Working closely with our Conference & Banqueting Co-Ordinator, this role is to work as a Conference Porter/Banqueting Waiter. Being the point of contact for our conferences you will need to be confident and a good communicator. The role involves setting up of conference and banqueting rooms according to the clients needs, i.e. moving chairs and tables therefore can be physically demanding. Working as a banqueting waiter will also require stamina as the shifts may be long.
The hours are full time, working a mix of shifts, including weekends. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, however full training will be given.
This role would suit someone who is interested in gaining first experience in the hospitality industry.

CASUAL CHAMBER MAID
We have an opportunity for some part time work as a Casual Chamber Maid. This will mean being called upon as required to meet the demands of the business, working between 16 to 20 hours per week. Previous experience would be desirable, however not essential as full training will be given. The role involves cleaning and preparing Hotel rooms for guests using our facilities. This is a physically demanding role, therefore a good level of fitness is required.

RETAIL / ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer care skills ideally with a golf background to promote the golf club and to maintain high profile and professionalism.
The role includes telephone and face to face communication and involves dealing with a mix of people therefore excellent communication skills are essential.
Excellent PC skills are also essential as some of the main duties are updating websites, golf specific Facebook and Twitter pages, sending out e-mails, mail shots and dot mailer campaigns.

This is a full time position during peak season going down to 32 hours/week in off season. This includes also weekends.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Health Club Duty Manager at our superior Fitness and Health Club. The facilities include a 20M pool, 60+ fitness suite including a large free weights area and a health suite including a HydroSpa, Sauna, Steam Room and Tropicariums.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing and flexible leader who is able to work as part of our dynamic team. The person we are looking for must have previous management and leadership experience, preferably within the sports industry as well as good knowledge of the leisure industry.
The responsibilities include delivering a safe and effective induction to our Gym, developing physical fitness programs to suit members requirements and to ensure Fitness Instructors are doing their correct duties.
Our aim is to deliver the highest levels of customer service and health and safety are achieved at all times, along with control of the business operation.
The role will involve working early mornings, late evenings and weekends on a shift rota basis.

We are looking for instructors who are able to generate new ideas to help increase class usage and improve retention, contributing to the continued success of Bicester Hotel, Golf and Spa. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe running of all your classes, and keeping class attendance at peak levels.
All candidates must be able to provide certification of qualifications and up to date public liability insurance cover.
