HOTEL REVIEWS AT BICESTER HOTEL, GOLF AND SPA

Just wanted to say my husband and I had a lovely 2 days staying at the hotel the 31st Dec and 1st Jan. The New Year's eve function was a fabulous evening and the entertainment and meal was very good. We had a very enjoyable night with our friends.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you. We had a fantastic stay with you last weekend, but unfortunately left a few items behind. I spoke to reception on Monday who got back to me and confirmed you had the items we had left. You said you would contact us the next day and let us know how much it will cost to post and how we could pay this. I hadn't heard and was thinking I need to call you again, when hey presto; we received a parcel today with all our items in it. It was quite critical we had these phone chargers as we are going on holiday this weekend and would have had to purchase new ones so I really wanted to say a huge thank you, confirm that we have every intention of visiting again and also will be strongly recommending you to all our friends. I have just come back from the Easter weekend at Bicester. There were 14 of us and we all stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. I would just like to say what a wonderful time we all had. We all played golf for the 4 days and we all agreed that the course was beautiful, if somewhat challenging. The meals were all wonderful and the one vegetarian in our group was delighted with her special meals. The staff were all very charming and helpful, at all times. I would just like to say thank you to all of you for making our stay such good fun, but obviously the weather certainly helped.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable weekend and totally relaxed with our spa treatments, good food and country walks. We also had such a blissful nights sleep so good that I had to check the mattress brand to see if I could get one! Again a lovely stay - we can thoroughly recommend this venue.

I Have just received some feedback from our VIP visitors last week and thought I'd share this with you - "Bed was incredibly comfortable, so much so I have been in contact with them since in an effort to purchase a similar quilt, staff were very friendly, only ate in Grays Restaurant, but that was very nice. The prices in both restaurants were very reasonable".
