I just wanted to drop you a line further to our recent stay at your hotel. This was the fourth time we've stayed with you and on each occasion the experience has got better. The staff are all extremely friendly and can’t do enough for us, it really was a pleasure to stay.
We actually booked the "his and hers" spa package on this occasion and although the adverse weather conditions didn't allow us to play golf, the ladies had a wonderful time with their treatments… we all can’t wait to come back next year! The weekend was made extra special on Friday evening when my daughters' boyfriend proposed to her in the restaurant after dinner. He had organised the whole thing prior to our arrival with staff members and everything went off to a tee.
On that note I'd be very grateful if you would pass on our thanks to all your staff, in particular the waitress Sarah and the chef who went to great lengths to prepare a plate with the words "will you marry me" written on it!
Many thanks again and we all look forward to returning next year!
PS. Could we make a booking for next year or is it too early?

Thanks to all the the team at Bicester Hotel for organising such a fantastic trip. The 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the facilities, service and staff were beyond expectations.
I have a 100 pound red letter day to spend and will be looking to see if i can redeem it at Bicester Hotel in the future.

We checked in rather late on a Saturday night after attending a local Wedding, and were very pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel is. Our room (23) was spacious and well appointed with a comfortable bed, modern bathroom and all was presented immaculately. After a great nights sleep we enjoyed fresh coffee with a very decent cooked breakfast in the restaurant, and it was very well done with great service from a friendly waiting team.
We didn't use the spa or play golf due to a throbbing hangover! so cannot comment on these!
The two of us paid just £99.00 for the room including the cooked breakfast which was remarkably good value for the quality and we will definitely return and use Bicester Hotel if we are in the area again.
Highly recommended.

Recently stayed here for two nights. Great spa to relax in after a day shopping at Bicester Village.
We stayed in a standard room which was clean and comfortable, although I found the bed a bit too soft. Tea and coffee in room although there is no fridge. There is also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
The food served in the bar was tasty but we did not enjoy the meal we had in the restaurant. Breakfast was freshly cooked and very nice.
I would definitely return as it was nice to spend the day shopping knowing you only had a 5 minute journey and could relax in the spa before dinner.

I am writing to thank you for a wonderful day and lunch enjoyed at the Bicester Hotel yesterday. Your facilities now are a credit to obvious careful and painstaking planning, very comfortable and a far cry from the adapted farm buildings where some of us gathered as founder members of the Golf Club.
Paul and his team did a valiant job serving us with excellent food beautifully prepared and presented by your chef. All in all our ladies were most impressed and i received many complimentary remarks on your behalf.

We just want to say how much we enjoyed celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary and Richard's 73rd birthday at your lovely hotel last weekend. We really thought it was perfect. I had my hen weekend at Bicester Golf and Spa. We had booked a package and thought it was fantastic value for money. We stayed for one night on Saturday 15th October. The spa is great and the treatments were fantastic. We used the hot tub too which I would recommend.
During our stay we had breakfast, lunch and dinner, the food was amazing some of the best hotel food I have had in a hotel. The rooms where spotlessly clean and had everything you could ask for, the view from our room (30 & 32) was the golf course which made for some lovely pictures.
The location is fantastic just off the M40 but far enough away to forget the hustle and bustle but is also perfectly located for a shopping trip to Bicester Shopping Village. All 10 of the hen party had a fantastic stay and could not fault a thing.

From the start the service we received from you was very helpful, professional and accommodating, which made it a pleasure to organise the event.
On the night staff looked after the guests exceptionally well and the evening passed of without a hitch. Many guests have commented that the meal was superb. The entertainment you organised was again praised and appreciated by all the guests.

I spoke to reception on Monday who got back to me and confirmed you had the items we had left. Thank you so much for such a lovely weekend at the hotel. We had a fabulous time at the Summer Ball, the function room looked fabulous, the food was superb and the whole evening had obviously been carefully thought through and planned out to the highest of standards. We all thought the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming and the members/other guests at the Summer Ball were extremely friendly. We were very happy with our rooms and every other aspect of the hotel and would definitely like to come again and we will recommend the hotel to friends and family.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your help in arranging the weekend and would be grateful if you could let me know if you organise a Summer Ball similar to this one every year or whether it was a one off and also if you have any other events during the year.

A rather belated thank-you to you and your staff for making our stay 11th-13th May so enjoyable.
We all thought the rooms excellent, the food wonderful, but the main comment to me as organiser was how unfailingly cheerful and helpful the staff were. The cleaners, the bar staff, the receptionists all went out of their way to have a pleasant word and to accommodate our various needs - keeping 12 middle-aged ladies happy is quite a feat!
Consequently, I would like to book a similar stay next year.

I have just come back from the Easter weekend at Bicester. There were 14 of us and we all stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. I would just like to say what a wonderful time we all had. We all played golf for the 4 days and we all agreed that the course was beautiful, if somewhat challenging. The meals were all wonderful and the one vegetarian in our group was delighted with her special meals. The staff were all very charming and helpful, at all times. I would just like to say thank you to all of you for making our stay such good fun, but obviously the weather certainly helped.
